- During high-volume periods (holidays or new drops), processing may take an additional 1β2 business days.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please note:
- Tracking info may take 24β48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
- If your tracking has not updated after 3 days, feel free to contact us.
π« Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
NEONRITE is not responsible for:
- carrier delays
- packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete
- orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer
If your package is marked βdeliveredβ but cannot be found:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify your shipping address on the order
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number

Wrong Address Policy
If you entered an incorrect address:
- Email us within 12 hours of placing your order at neonritestore@gmail.com
- After the order ships, we cannot change the address
- If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address (additional postage may apply)
