  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays or new drops), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive:
    • an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
    • a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–6 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–15 business days
    Delivery times vary by location, customs clearance, and your country’s postal system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • your shipping address
  • shipping option chosen
  • package size and weight

Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please note:

  • Tracking info may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
  • If your tracking has not updated after 3 days, feel free to contact us.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

NEONRITE is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays
  • packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete
  • orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer

If your package is marked β€œdelivered” but cannot be found:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify your shipping address on the order
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

Wrong Address Policy

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • Email us within 12 hours of placing your order at neonritestore@gmail.com
  • After the order ships, we cannot change the address
  • If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address (additional postage may apply)
